Conferences for Women (CFW) uses the contact information you provide to send important updates related to your registration and participation. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional communications at any time.

Our Commitment to Security

We use physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your personal information. Billing information is encrypted when transmitted online, and access to personal data is limited to authorized Conferences for Women employees and/or designated contractors.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information such as names, mailing and email addresses, phone numbers, billing information, and details related to event registration.

How We Use Information

Personal information is used only for purposes related to event participation, communications, marketing, responding to inquiries, and payment processing.

How Information Is Shared

Personal information is shared only with event contractors and/or partners involved in organizing or sponsoring the event.

Helpful Tips

Already Registered?

If you've already registered this year and are purchasing additional tickets, do not start a new registration. Log in to your existing registration and select Buy More Tickets. This keeps your tickets seated together and makes attendee management easier.

Group Purchases

Attendee names are not required at purchase. After you select the number of tickets, you will enter information for the group's main contact. Attendee names can be added anytime after purchase. We do not offer a standard group discount.

Payment Options

Credit cards are the preferred payment method. Checks are permitted, but payment must be received within 10 days or tickets will be released. (State agencies have 30 days). Purchase orders are not accepted.

Seating

Arena seating for Keynotes and Power Talks is assigned and noted on your name badge. Seating is based on the date and time of registration. To guarantee seats together, all tickets must be purchased in a single registration or through Sponsorship.

Accessibility

Conferences for Women is committed to an inclusive and accessible experience. If you require a disability accommodation, please email info@paconferenceforwomen.org at least one month prior to the conference. Requests received after September 5, 2026 cannot be guaranteed.
